• Develop, implement and maintain an effective and practical HSE management system.
• Set objectives and targets on all our operations that shall minimise any impact to the safety, health and environment which comply with the applicable HSE legislation and project requirements.
• Establish documented procedures to enable us to satisfy contractual and legal requirements.
• Implement procedures by measuring and monitoring process activities, conducting internal audits and gathering information for management reviews.

• Establish and maintain training, awareness and competency programmes.
• Correct immediately any non-conformance and put into place preventive measures to avoid reoccurrence.
• Establish communications with the workforce, local community, governing bodies and any other interested parties.
• Strive to continually improve our performance in all phases of our work activities.
• Take all practical measure to prevent accidents and pollution in all phases of our construction activities.
